Submitting Files

Please follow these suggestions when submitting files to avoid time delays and extra costs. Our goal is to provide you with a successful print job.

Please include on document files:
- fonts
- graphics
- photos/scans/clipart

Also supply a hard copy of what the job should look like. The copy should ideally be printed at full size. If not please indicate the reduction size provided. For multi-color jobs please supply color separated printouts.

Please supply all trapping at .005-.006 inches.
Set bleed to minimum of 1/8”

Send photos and clip art in either .tif or .eps formats when possible.
Minimum resolution for line art is 600dpi, minimum resolution for photos is 300dpi.
